Confidentiality and privacy

Your membership information is treated confidentially. Access is restricted to authorised administrators in the association's Wix system. Your name, email, age, county, address, membership type and optional phone number are used for membership administration and necessary follow-up. Age is used for youth membership, and county for local follow-up.

We do not share membership information with child welfare services on our own initiative. A valid legal requirement may nevertheless require information to be disclosed. Do not include information about child welfare cases in this form.

Membership does not guarantee legal assistance or help with individual cases. The membership period starts when payment is confirmed. Registration is not confirmation of payment. There are no automatic renewals or automatic charges. Contact: kontakt@folketvsbarnevernet.no.
